A Heathrow immigration officer offered a deportee his ‘papers’ in return for the deeply religious Cameroonian man performing oral sex on him, a court heard.

The married family man in his 30s, who sought asylum here claiming to have been persecuted and tortured in Cameroon as a follower of the prophetess Mallah, had had his application refused and was being held at Terminal 4 awaiting deportation back to Cameroon.

“He had lodged an appeal and was awaiting the decision,” prosecutor Timothy Devlin told Isleworth Crown Court.

“It was not possible that day for him to be put on a flight and he was left in the holding room.

“There came a point when it was too late to return him to Tinsley House in Sussex and he was left to wait overnight in that holding room.”

Immigration officer Rajesh Narula, 44, of Campbells Fields, St Michael’s Park, Aldershot, who speaks several lan-guages including French, was working a shift from 3pm to 11pm that day, processing passengers from Terminal 4.
