POLICE said today they are hunting a gang believed to be responsible for a spate of attacks on Jewish men.
The violent attacks, carried out throughout December and January, targeted men in Stamford Hill, north London.
Scotland Yard has linked eight incidents and is looking for a group of Asian and black men suspected of carrying out the assaults.
A spate of assaults took place on January 5 when a Jewish man was accosted in a restaurant on Oldhill Street by a man who made a Nazi gesture; a 49-year-old was headbutted in Leweston Place; and a 21-year-old was knocked to the ground as a gang tried to steal his jacket.
