A senior police officer arrested a man in the street after spotting him acting suspiciously while giving a media interview about drug raids.
Supt Bryan Lawton was talking about an ongoing operation in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, when he noticed a man with something under his jacket.
Supt Lawton searched the man and found possible cannabis growing equipment.
