Neighbours in fight against brothel plans
PLANS to allow mini-brothels could see pimps and prostitutes take over residential blocks in Westminster, the government has been warned.
The government proposal would allow up to three prostitutes - as opposed to two previously - to operate from a property in a bid to get vice off the streets.
