It isn’t just at the ballot box that the BNP is gaining success. The court rooms and tribunal meeting rooms are getting familiar to the sound of success for justice, common sense and human rights for British patriots.

Train driver Jay Lee has this morning received news that he has won his epic legal case against the ASLEF trade union in the Employment Tribunal.

The Tribunal held unanimously that Mr.Lee had been unlawfully expelled from the ASLEF trade union for his membership of the BNP. This verdict means that Mr.Lee is now entitled to claim thousands of pounds in compensation and costs from ASLEF.

Verdict raises legal issues

Though the government have since passed the Employment Relations Act 2004 which institutionalises political discrimination in Trade Unions, this verdict throws into serious doubt the legality of this law and the governments breach of Articles 14 and 11 of the European Convention. An appeal to the European Court of Human Rights is pending.

Mr.Lee told our reporter ” I have fought for over a year to get justice in this case and to defend my civil rights. The ASLEF union knew they were in breach of the law when they expelled me and yet they thought they could get away with it. I have been totally vindicated and now intend to make them pay for it”.

More to come

Further legal actions are in the process of being launched. On behalf of all BNP members we wish to thank Mr.Lee for his courageous stand in this case. He has suffered vilification in various trade union magazines and journals, his good name has been attacked by the TUC at the last two Trade Union Congress meetings and he has suffered the verbal abuse of various media bigots for standing up for his rights.

ASLEF farce

The ASLEF union have in recent months descended into a farce. Martin Samways, its deputy chairman, was forced to resign after launching a drunken attack on a woman at an ASLEF dinner party. Its General Secretary was also sacked for fighting with Martin Samways at that dinner party and is now taking the union to court for unlawful dismissal. Mr. Martin Samways has not been expelled from the union for this assault on a female member of the union which resulted in her sustaining a broken nose.
